Overused pre-done content
I have subscribed to four lists in the past twenty-four hours.
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM led me to the same page announcing "in a moment, you will receive..." in a pleasant British voice. That's about as far as it gets before I close the window.
I am so sick of seeing this page, I am starting to be tempted not to confirm.
Another thing I see frequently - and this is not a commentary on the person, just on the image - is the same exact picture of Reed Floren on the right-hand side of a page header. I have seen it so often, I just close the page and don't read the offer. The image turns me off, even though Reed Floren has certainly never done anything to me, simply because it's so familiar.
Familiarity breeds contempt.
What pre-done content completely turns you off to a site?
