    What are you promoting and in what Niche?

    I personally use:
    Yahoo Gemini
    Taboola
    Outbrain
    Google AdWords
    Rev Content
    Content.Ad
    Gravity
    Newsmax

    And a few email sponsorship providers. I do well with these, but it doesn't help much if the niche is a mismatch.

    Once I've worked with AdRoll, seems these guys could help you a bit when it goes to remarketing and it's really easy to use their services. However, as other mentioned here, it's bet to stick on FB/Adwords on your own. Moreover, if you need help they are always open to give you a hand

    It depends. It is like asking “Hey what you like to take in the breakfast?” You will always get a lot of variance in replies.
    Anyways, I personally love using Facebook and it works best for me.

    I have found that fb ads bring in a lot of
    quality buyer traffic. You just need to test
    and tweak to see which ad brings in the
    most clicks. Also I heard that fb is charging
    less than what they used to be charging now.
