What are the best content marketing agencies ? i want to increase my domain authority

i want to increase my website authority by making a press release and send it to
national site with high authority like for example BBC or CNN to publish it and my website authority and traffic increase.

My problem is: how to find the best financial content marketing agencies in UK and U.S that has the power to do it by making unique idea and national websites respect their content.

please note my budget is around $2000-$3000 .. share your idea how i can do it and find the best financial content marketing agencies

    Have you tried contacting a local agency from your city. If you want a custom type of job like this I think it would be better to know the agency in person and know the people that are going to work with your brand.

    Of course there are a lot of companies that can do this. You need to first look at your local agencies – as already pointed. Alternately, use Google to find out content marketing companies in US and UK.

      i know i can use local service and i can search google ..i did these solutions before but content marketing i found told me they dont have connections with trusty sites like CNN or BBC, that is why i post here.
      i am looking for trusty companies to write and promote the press release on top national websites
