Don't you think it's going to be a bit difficult selling to folks who don't have any money to spend?

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

I'm not asking them to buy anything.

Regarding "or a similar job seekers website", anything more specific is what I'd like help with, please.

Classified ads sites such as Craigslist and Backspace. You dont even have to post an ad. If you look in the resumes section of Craigslist, there are lots of people looking for a job.

LinkedIn groups for jobseekers in specific industries.

I think Careerbuilder used to have a blog or article site, but it may be they've taken full control over it now.

    Unemployment offices?

Kind of an oxymoron marketing to broke people, unless you seem to have the 'free opportunity' that offers them a way to make money. Like affiliate marketing, using the 'bum marketing' methods ( free blog, writing reviews, linking to offers to earn commissions, etc...) If that is your angle, good luck those methods likely won't pay their rent, and they'll have you to thank for 'not' selling them a dyer dream.

Better to be transparent, and recruit/market to people who understand investments of time and/or money will be required to actually earn a living, and not be unemployed and possibly worse... Homeless too!

Maybe I'm not following your request, as it is rather odd, and vague.

Why do you need unemployed people? Which kind of your service? it is digital product? if yes, you can see on the JVZOO. it is one of top level affiliate site. Or, you can take a look on the UPWORK, Elance, Fiverr, Freelancer or so on. You will be able to find cheap rated people here. If your products is not digital, you can look in your city or, village. i am sure you will get what exactly you want. Thanks a lot.

Based on the typical posting behavior I see here, I'd wager a guess that most of the people on Warrior Forum are unemployed.

(Yes, yes, there are obviously exceptions. I said "typical" and "most", not "all".)

There are many employments sites that you can find on Google, but I would question myself if what you're trying to do would be ethical or not.

There was a friend of mine who showed me one of his method where he presented unemployed people with "make money from your home" type of offer.

He basically created a "fake" landing page for the job he had posted previously on Craigslist and many other sites.

For example on the ad he wrote something like "Looking for a full time web designer" or something in those lines and every time people clicked on the link provided on that page he would take them to a landing page that would ask for their name, email and a CV.

After they submit the form he had on his landing page, they would be redirected to a page that says: "Sorry, the position is not available anymore" but would you be interested to work from home? We have this position available based on your profile bla, bla..

And then he would send them to a biz opp or any "work from home" type of offer or CPA.

Again, I can see this working but it's totally grey-hat.

    I wish you good luck,

    Best regards!

Social media because unemployed people have time to mess around with it. Btw unemployed people are not necessarily penniless, entrepreneurs and business owners and other filthy rich people are unemployed.

Everywhere really even on the street. But more importantly it will be a pit difficult to market to people in this category because most of them may have no money but then again its worth giving a try.

You can find people on classified website like craiglist, backpage in the resume and unemployment section. Good luck

I think you are not working with Digital product, so you are looking for unemployed people. In this case you case search on your local area.

If you need freelancer, you can take a look on the Upwork, Vworker, Fiverr, Freelancer or, some other freelancing market place like this. In these market, there are so many people who are looking for work at a cheap rate. Thanks for your advance.
