Tracking Traffic Sources

What is the best tracking software to track traffic sources? I'm helping a company get traffic to their product landing page with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other types of native ads. Should I use Google Analytics URL builder for this or should I use a third party tracking tool like CPVLabs or Tracking202?

If anyone can give me some advice on tracking traffic sources please. Thanks

Google Analytics URL builder works fine for me.
Combine it with Google webmasters and in my opinion you're good to go.

But it depends also on the wishes of your client.

To go with fine-tuned analytics, give a try to Google Double clicks to analyze first, second and third interaction source

CPVLabs gives you a ton of information, but it is a bit pricey. It's a good tool, just depends on what exactly you want to track. Keep in mind that CPVLabs needs to run on a VPS or dedicated host, so that's an additional monthly fee to think about if you're going to use it. Also, it depends on the amount of traffic you're sending to the link. If you're sending a large amount of traffic at one time (like PPV), I recommend using CPVLabs.

If you're just looking for basic click tracking and unique hits/views, you can get this service for much cheaper. Like this site- https://www.clixtrac.com

That website is actually free, but you can get a cheap paid plan with unlimited tracking. I've used it in the past and it provides solid data.

    Hope that helps.

Similarweb works but that only shows the overview of a website metrics. I personally use Clickmagic. It works like a charm cant complain.

ClickMagik is good. There's also AdMinder which is pretty good. I like to do my tracking with proven subscribers/customers vs direct traffic that I get. I make it real easy for myself. Some people do advanced tracking, but I prefer the simple way that I created for myself.
