How do these advertisers get away with this?

I clicked on this ad on Facebook about Sylvester Stallone fighting
for his life. I thought it was "news" so I clicked on it. I was brought
to this page showing ESPN, but realize right away that it was a stealthy
ad for a supplement. I tried to go the to home page but noticed that
it was a FAKE ESPN site.

Now I've seen those fake news sites but using an actual company
name is a first for me. Here is what the site looks like

I honestly think that they have some type of
affiliate program with espn, otherwise they will
be in copy write infringement trouble. If they are
apart of an espn affiliate program they can use
the logo, as long as they have somewhere on
the site that they are an affiliate based site.

But if you are a legitimate affiliate why spook the URL. All the links
in that page leads to the same place. I just saw another ad using another
celebrity name (The Rock), implying he was "gone" (dead) to sell the same product.
This gotto be illegal. But how they get this pass FB is a mystery.

Makes me wonder how tabloid magazines in grocery stores can get away with the lies and claims of celebrities everyday.

Perhaps they cloak or something.. but still pretty odd indeed. I dont even understand how FB can dissaprove a full guideline ad on for example diet niche, but still allow such nonsense as what OP is talking about.
