    Hi Mason: I think the owner of this site builds these themes based on the original hybrid theme:

    Hybrid Theme: A WordPress theme framework

    I think the themes are called 'child' themes of the highly customizable hybrid theme. You may have to have hybrid installed for some of the themes to work properly. I was just viewing this site earlier today, so obviously, I'd better take a bit more time to go through all the information properly.

    Looks like there's some really good themes there!
