Can I verify Amazon account for purchase this way?

I live in a European country and I don't have a verified Amazon account (verified with purchase) because of the high shiping/tax costs for anything I wanted to order from Amazon.

I want to put someone elses address (USA address) for my first purchase, so I make an order on Amazon from Europe, and he/she receives some cheap goods from instead of me in USA.

Will this work?

    You need to buy the item you are going to leave a review for.
    Amazon makes it difficult to prevent the fake reviews you want to leave as you mentioned on Black Hat World.

  • Thx but I don't think you are right. I can leave unverfied reviews on Amazon (which is my intention). Pls check screenshot, it says I don't have to buy the product I am reviewing. I think they want to verify my Credit card for first purchase to be able to leave reviews on Amazon.
