Google Analytics Question-Date Range

Hello,

How can I view traffic from Oct 1st to today in GA, or, say, only Sep 1st - Sep 30th?

As usual the Google help answers are not very useful & tell me to click on non-existent menu items.

    You can select any date range just right side top of your analytics report page.
