Improve a Viral Content Site

I'm currently running a mostly automated Viral Content site that reaches 5k-10k views a week. There is a sidebar ad and an ad below each post which make about 30c to a dollar a day.

The site has a lot of potential and I'm here to ask what simple tricks do warriors use to boost their sites up and to make a living off the content. I didn't post the link to the site since I don't know the rules but any help would be great!

    I would suggest narrowing down on your audience. Do some research and target a specific segment of your audience instead of trying to target too many people. This will also help you with your ad costs when running ads on social networks, etc.

    I have a couple of targeted content sites that target specific groups and they do pretty well with adsense... nothing to write home about but considering the amount of work I put in, they seem to be paying off for themselves with just some extra work.
