Wordpress Plugin like PicRedirect?

I want to post links on a Facebook page that redirects to a URL with a picture and message controlled by me. But I do not want to necessarily to use a URL of a wordpress post with the photo and title from the wordpress post. I want to have a self hosted version of pic redirect basically so i can host landing pages on my wordpress site, but control which pic and message is used.

Anything out there like that? A quick Google searched didn't show anything.

    I use PicRedirect for all my Facebook photo direct linking but it is not a plugin.

    Yes, I have PicRedirect too. I want something that I host myself. Surely there is a Wordpress plugin that does the same thing as PicRedirect out there?
