INTERNET MARKETING

I want to make some videos (with my own voice) using PLR/MRR eBook content and wants to upload it on YouTube and apply for YouTube partner adsense,

am I banned by YouTube or I get the YouTube partner ads?
am I need to make unique the eBook content or I can use direct content?
Is anyone notice this video on youtube?
What can I do? please advice me...

ts simple if its valid then youtube will keep it online otherwise delete your videos when it violates other copyrights in any manner.

When you add your own voice, it comes as fair use rights, its not copyright, even if you get copyright issue, you may claim that as fair use. And I am not sure what ur talking abt making unique ebook or direct download.. If you share any direct downloads with MRR, then its problem.

You can't control youtube visitors activities, may be the owner also view your video.. when it got viral or popular one.

Yes as stated above you are ok, if you are
using your own voice that is not considered
a problem. It will only be very time consuming
to read out all of the content though.

But if you have the time then go for it my friend
it can definitely become very profitable but
keep in mind that it will be a numbers game.

The more content you read out don't just
put it on youtube since you are putting in alot
of time into your project, you will want to distribute
to as many video sharing sites as you can.

Dear friends, thanks a lot to reply my thread. I am so much glad for your helpful suggestion. I have one more question please let me know. Am I edit (Change word or phrase) the eBooks content or use exact eBook content. I want to remove some unnecessary content. Can I do it? Is it valid for PLR/MRR rules? Please advise me.

I think you will be ok in this instance. What you are creating are not videos in the true sense though.....more slideshows I assume so you may find you need to optimise more to increase your view count.

I dont think that would cause any problem but to be on the safe side I will suggest you read out the text in the video to make your video more unique.

Assuming you are going to do a voice over for the content and not just use plain text, I think it's a good idea.

Youtube is concerned with copyrights. Make sure you keep a record of where you got the content in case Youtube asks about it in the future.

A good benefit of having a voice over for the content is you can create podcasts from them and have an additional marketing avenue, both directly (through subscribers) and indirectly from links from the podcast sites.

Make sure you already have an Adsense account though. Getting a new one based on YouTube videos can be tricky.

  Joking aside, without knowing exactly what you're doing its impossible to say 100% whether you'll break any YT ToS; but it doesn't seem like it. All PLR/MMR comes with rules on whether you can/can't/must change the content & what you can do with it; so check those rules. As for music, don't know about free but I love AudioJungle for decent and cheap sounds/music.

It depends on your PLR terms of service.

Look under DERIVATIVE RIGHTS

The last thing you want is the PLR IP rights holder to SUE YOU after your video becomes SUCCESSFUL.
