YouTune Video Channels For Football Website
Hi,
I am in a quandary as to what to do. We have over 30,000 fans videos which are going to be uploaded to YouTube.
Without going into too much detail we are thinking about auto-uploading them as much as possible. has anyone any advice for this, pitfalls to avoid etc?
My second question is about the channels. Some teams we have over 400 videos for. Should we create a channel per team or do an overall channel? As far as i see it the 'One' channels advantage is that all traffic is counted in the one channels stats and attracts more ad revenue? The advantage if the team channel would be that we can more highly target our fans - as a fan myself I'm only really interested in my teams content. Any thoughts?
