Build a List Through Old Customers Today...

Here is an idea that I have yet to implement but I think has a lot of potential(If you failed to build a list in your earlier marketing days). Clickbank has an option to email customers that have already paid for products through your affiliate link. You can find all the email addresses in the transactions tab. Anyway, I just thought I'd share this and see if anyone has had success emailing paying customers in hopes of them subscribing to their list. It would be as simple as emailing them a thank you for purchasing xxx clickbank product and including a link to a niche related squeeze page.( Try and register an authoritative email address. Example.. They Bought Magic of Making Up, you register "thedatingexperts@yournichewebsite.com((admin might work well too)) or whatever.. At least something niche related. It looks a lot better than "internetmarketersrule@yahooo.com)

    I think if you do it recently after their purchase, it may have a decent success rate. However, if the purchase was from a few months ago (or even weeks); people probably won't respond.

    Most of the people making purchases on my clickbank account are already subscribed to my list though.
