Quality can be defined as a lot of things. If you have a blog and you're paying a writer for you next blog post you can evaluate the quality by subjective metrics - such as writing flow, readability, how engaged you are when you read it, etc. - or by very objective metrics - leads captured, sales made, how long a visitor stays in that page, number of comments, social shares, personal contacts, etc.

So it's hard to define "quality" here if we don't know your goal.

However I suggest you look around the forum and other outsourcing platforms and try different writers until you find one that you really like to work with. Once you do, you will not only find a writer but also a partner.

You can always edit a cheap iwriter article as well Most of them have decent content but massive punctuation mistakes.

The higher you pay the better quality obviously. IF you don't mind doing a little editing getting 10 articles for $20 and some editing is a nice way to go.

Keep in mind that low cost writing can and usually does cost you more in the long run. I see the following happen all the time.

1. Person gets articles written for the cheapest price they can find.
2. Person wonders why bounce rate to their site is high and he is not making sales.
3. Person then has someone else read the cheap articles and is told they are PAINFUL to read. AKA click the browser back button.
4. Person does not believe this and continues to buy cheap articles.
5. Person then decides you can't make money on the Internet and goes out of business. OR he finally gets it.
6. The person that finally gets it, goes out and pays a premium price for quality articles and his bounce rate goes down and sales start to come in.
7. Person 5 loses all their money. Person 6 spends more than they should have to learn a lesson. But he did learn a lesson and now makes money.

I know the above is generalized but hopefully you get the point.

As a freelancer, I'm forever getting clients who started out trying to get decent quality from mass content sites and eventually couldn't cope with all the fixing they had to do, and the lack of engagement with the content. It pains me to see people waste money in this way! Not that all cheap writers are bad, of course, but it's difficult to get consistent quality.

the first thing for me is the quality of an article

It is like a business card
It must be smooth and convincing and it is not easy
if I do not feel I can be able to look for, and try as you suggest, you can find a partner but the quality first

for me a good article is an investment
this is my little opinion

quality is relative as this is a very general term. I t will depend on you and your objectives. Make sure that the reader of the articles enjoy reading it as this will market you. But don't go for cheap as cheap means poor quality. thank you.

why not writing the articles myself? I'm more into making more money concept, so I can just give the idea, core concept, those stuff , n supervise while otherss do it for me. In essence I multiply money, simply business nature... all business works this way..
