Need recommendation for payment solution for MLM

I'm looking for advice on what kind of payment solution I should implement into my MLM/direct sale site targeting customers in United States. The payment solution is what we use to get money from customers in exchange for goods & services. I do not mean payout of commission.
The payment solution most not stop to investigate our business when we start to sell high volume of goods. I heard PayPal can stop or hold money back until they have investigated the business. That will close down or business...
