The best way is to have success in something you can teach, then teach somebody what you know. Get a testimonial from them, and if you are really good they will recommend you and people will ask you to coach them.

A coaching program is another way to deliver value so hopefully
you have PROOF of this value in some other area, such as another
product you sell or evidence of results working in the area you
want to coach.

One friendly warning I can share with you is that whenever you are
starting out a coaching program some people may try to discourage
you by pointing out more establish coaches in your area--ignore them.
What if Apple had said there is already Microsoft?

When I started my copywriting coaching program about 8 years ago
some friends told me that I was going up against the big names in
the industry. Well, I wonder how they got their big names?
Interestingly enough I had many students who went through
those same program and said they got more value from mine.
