  • You're 4.7/5 and his review wasn't that bad despite being a 2/5. I don't think that review is costing you many sales - as a buyer it wouldn't concern me significantly.

You can't delete the review, all you can do is learn from them, fix your errors and ensure people that it wont happen again. After all, one bad review won't ruin your gig, and if you have had a ton it is your fault.

What you need to do is sell more gigs. That will help bury your one poor review. Also, people will not worry if there are 100 good reviews and a bad one. Please try not to get any more. Often I will do a lot of extra work for my users. They will often re-order more gigs. In fact, I have found that a steady customer is a great resource. Do work on improving. Remember that not all people are cut out for earning on FIVERR and it is a lot of hard work to get that paltry $3.92 per gig.

If it bothers you that much, start over and create a new account. 4.7 out of 5 isn't bad. 95% is fine, just improve on it and make it higher gradually with more and more sales. Next time just make sure you're on top of your game when it comes to fulfilling orders and doing a good job.

what i don't like in fiverr is when after they delivered the reports, they wont do any revisions and just leave you. this is my bad experience in fiverr.

    ^^^ This ^^^

Keep on doing top notch work and over time the real power of your gig will be the overwhelmingly positive reviews on your profile. This alone will really scale up your sales.

As a quick fix, until you gain additional positive reviews, I would suggest replying to the review with a genuine and honest response. Apologize for any mistakes you made and offer to solve any issues.

As a buyer, if I saw a bad review with a reply that acknowledged the issue and helped solve it, rather than just deny any problems, I would feel more respect for the seller.

All you can do is keep going and soon that review is going to be a bad mark in the midst of other 5 star reviews. Also what Alex said:

I feel the same way. I also think highly of Fiverr sellers if they have a pretty interesting or funny response to a bad review

Agreed with the comments above. The one thing you don't want to do is attack the reviewer in a comment. It reflects badly on you.

Just move on and maybe try to overdeliver in your next orders.

you can ask them for elevate the review rating n you can fix the job they don't like. You can make people to do it sometime, but asking it politely will usually work
