Help:Hot to upload zip code to wordpress site folder

PLease I am runninig dating site and I want to upload zip code to the wp-content/plugin/dsp-dating/file/dsp_update_process.
The zip code was zip and I unziped it but I don't know how to upload it to the above directory.Any help?

Use Filezilla to connect to your server through FTP.

Another way to upload the zip file is to log into your cpanel and go to 'File Manager'.

Once in there, navigate to the folder and select 'Upload' to upload your file.

You can upload a zip file and then extract it after it is uploaded.
