Best Way to Find JV Partners?

I'd appreciate some insight regarding the best way to find JV partners. I have been a writer for the past 12 years, and I have a lot of ideas for my own products. I really need to switch from getting paid per article/project to writing one thing and getting paid for it many times (both to increase my income and reduce the amount of typing I do; I have some arthritis in my wrists and hands, so it's getting hard to spend every day writing for clients).

I'm getting stuck on the technical aspects of launching information products, so I'd love to partner with someone who has the tech stuff down and might need some help with writing. I looked around WF and didn't see a forum specifically for JV partnerships, so I thought I'd ask for suggestions on finding the right person. Thanks.

What's the go with posting on that forum?

Do you have to be a War Room member or do you just have to have been a member for a while with plenty of posts?
