Anyone else getting really ticked off with Aweber??

Ok...

Aweber's been at this for two days now and it's honestly starting to really get me very ticked off. Not even so much that I'm paying money for a service that I'm not fully getting at the moment, but for the subscribers I'll be losing and thus potential customers.

They've had this message up for two days now saying how they're experiencing delays with sending their confirmation messages out to new subscribers and that they're "working on it". I've just made changes to my opt in page...virtually doubled my opt in rate and only to have a few leads out of well over hundred verified. This is WAY out of the norm for me as my verify rates are very high to some neat tricks I have...

But this is getting plain stupid...they need to fix this issue yesterday.

Anyone else having the same issues?? Or just me.....

I do greatly apologize for the issues. We've definintely been working hard to get things resolved and have indeed fixed the confirmation delay earlier today.

You shouldn't be seeing any issues any longer.

On a separate note, be careful about using "tricks" on your opt-in forms. There are many things I've seen sites do that get vastly more type-ins but those people are not qualified and don't truly want to be on the list, thus the lower confirmation rate. If split testing forms, you always want to set the goal page to be the confirmation page, never the initial thank you page.
