Affiliate programs with free opt-in?

Hi, Anyone knows about some online related programs like hosting or a software that offer a free opt-in page and recurring income if a subscriber eventually buys something?

    I don't know of any recurring income hosting offers, though a lot of hosting affiliate offers pay out a fee equivalent to 6+ months of recurring revenue.

    JVzoohost offers a recurring income for it's affiliates,I think this is the only hosting company as of the moment who offers this kind of compensation.

    Although they don't offer a free optin page, this is still good since It is advisable you create your own optin page for any business so you can keep the leads to your own.

    trafficwave.net offers free hosted capture pages and pre-written email follow-up series. They pay recurring payments based on a matrix.

    In most cases, you'll need to create your own webform (opt-in) pages and 'capture leads' using an autoresponder service like trafficwave.net (Brent's suggestion) - which I am awaiting the beta-testers link.

    Or...

    You can use AWeber or GetResponse autoresponder services. They offer web form templates, but again, you'd be better to use a paid them like OptimizePress.com, LeadPages.com or ProfitBuilder.com for creating top-level landing/squeeze pages.

    Or...

    You can outsource it, there's some excellent web designers here, on Fiverr, and other freelance sites...

    As far as 'hosting' with recurring affiliate offets, I've been looking into:

    As they pay out huge recurring commissions for hosting, and from what I have researched thus far, they offer quality VPS and Dedicated Server hosting.

    I am planning to drop Hostgator for them soon... Just a bit sketchy about learning how to set up VPS as to date, I've relied on cheap shared hosting platforms.
