    In the Digital Marketing, you need to do the marketing in digital way. In this case you can use the Social Media site, Email, Article, Blog commenting, Relevant Forum Posting, various advertising & so on. You need to do marketing in digital way. That's enough. Thanks a lot.

    Simply because it is digital, or online or on the Internet...it is STILL marketing.

    And a study of marketing is not a quick and easy deal. The basics are the same for digital and offline marketing.

    You need a product or service to sell.
    You need to find customers.
    You need some sort of an offer and a sales promotion.
    You need accurate record keeping.

    You need a growth plan, a savings plan and pretty much everything except a brick and mortar operation and the hard items which come with it.

    So, a good starting point might be:

    What do you want to market? To whom? Then HOW?

    Find a few authoritative blogs and consume all of their content. Read blog posts, watch keynotes and videos and listen to podcasts. You can put this information together to build up a good foundation from which you can supplement by asking specific questions when problems arise.
