Is there a service that tracks Amazon and Walmart prices?

Is there any service (hopefully free), that allows to track the current price (and maybe also stock availability) of products that are sold on Amazon and on Walmart?

For example, get an instant email each time the price changes, or even have this data instantly updated on my own database in my website's server?
