A really genius Amazon Exit Popup that I saw on a website.

I am looking for a plugin that I saw used on an Amazon affiliate website which was really genius! If you select a product to check the price of, it takes you to the Amazon site in a new window,

The plugin starts working when you close the window at the Amazon site and an exit popup shows up with the Item you were looking at, and you are asked, "Did You Find The Right Product". There are two buttons, a Yes and No button, No, says, "No I'm Still Looking" and Yes, says "Yes, I Found It". If you select No, a Search Bar drops down that allows you to search Amazon for any product, and if you select Yes, a message drop down saying "Spread The Word" showing social buttons.

Here is the website of this working plugin: BestToyReviews2014/2015. Can anyone tell me the plugin used or how this is done on this website?

If you look at the source of the site you will find.

I'm guessing it's the speedo popup, I don't use this, so I'm not 100% sure.

To be honest, I personally think this "genius" popup is pretty annoying.

    • Perhaps to you it may be annoying but I see it as trying to be helpful in the shopping experience! No different than a clerk in the store asking you if you found everything you were looking for when leaving. That's really not offensive to me.

I see it as a soft way of trying to be helpful, and I'm sure some would not mind it, while yes I know, others would call it annoying. But on the other hand it definately will help conversions, which is the bottom line!

What I really hate is insulting popups! Like: "NO, I'm Insane For Not Wanting This Once In A Lifetime Offer" (and Not Buying The Crap I Don't Need Or Will Ever Want!!!) It wasn't something I was searching for in the first place!

NOBODY gets any pleasure in being insulted by not doing what the merchant wants you to do....
The difference is when a customer tells you what he is looking for (through his search) and you try to help him find what he really is looking for that is also related to his search. That's what I call genius.
