Please recommend me a FREE simple management platform for this

Hi all,

Here is the story.

I have to sell a LOT of stuff. Like contents of a house stuff.

I have to get approval from myself and 2 other sources on each item being sold.

Looking for a simple solution that will do this (in columns).

1. Decent size thumbnail pic I can load up
2. Quick title/description of the item
3. Row of check boxes for yes/no/something else
4. Date added

I can "almost" set this up in WP, but can't do the approval thing without the other users having to actually click into the blog posts - which is too much. Want to list things all on one page so it's a quick check off list for the other two parties involved.

I know there are a lot of free group/collaboration sites out there.

I'm hoping someone is familiar with some different ones as I'm looking for just one simple one to use only for this purpose.

Any ideas?

PS: the plugins I was using in wordpress were admin columns, and multiple approvals. if you know of a better combo that is free and will help me accomplish this, please do tell.

      Funny thing, just had a neighbor pass by who is a liquidator. He left his flyer.

      Went to check out his site and it blows. Then started looking at other local liquidators sites and those blow too.

      I may be onto something....

    Could you use a simple Google Drive spreadsheet? I realize there's nothing fancy, but it'd get the job done.

      Ok, actually already have the woocommerce plugin on the site I'm using.

      How do I integrate this with approvals? 3 approvals need to happen for each "product" before it posts.

      The woocommerce plugin puts products in a different area than posts.

    Try looking in Google Apps Store , I saw something during my lovely holiday I was given on here for the last week , and there was some app or online web store so maybe worth a look.
