In a nutshell, prioritizing all communications available online to becoming a major 'solutions provider'.

My chosen method of 'communication' is writing, but as my education grows the realization is; all 3 forms of communication will become essential to my future online/offline success.

Those 3 forms are;

1.) Writing
2.) Video
3.) Audio

And ultimately; transparency!

Regardless of the product, marketing method, or chosen platform from which sales can be made -or- services rendered; proves all marketing plans really are in their simplest form is; a series of communication tools to reach your intended audience's needs or desired outcome.

Up until recently, I've always hid behind my computer, and have had some success with affiliate marketing offers... But, the real success I believe will come from webinars, phone calls, video conferencing, videos, writing, seminars and standing before an audience - out in front of the product(s) or service(s) and communicating the benefits they offer those seeking that [exact] 'solution'.

So my answer is; communicating with transparency, a mountain I've yet to fully climb, but rather bear the scars to know; to make it to the top... We cannot hide behind a computer expecting to yield top-level results... I think we need to venture offline to make the journey real online.

So my favorite income stream online is affiliate marketing and the reach online marketing offers, but my bigger plan requires an offline platform to really appreciate the rewards the internet offers us all. A fear and a realization... that both (online and offline marketing) will be required if I'm to reach the peak of the mountain that stands before me!

You are absolutely right, the days of hiding behind a computer screen are long past (for the majority anyway).

The new online marketing path, definitely involves engaging an audience, building trust, showing transparency and solving real peoples problems.

Ultimately, the internet is a tool to reach and automate, but the human connection, whether via video, audio, or in person is playing a big part in the success of online marketers.

Its hard to name a 7 figure a year online marketer who hasn't realised a video online or been interviewed on a podcast.

Its important to create content to build expertise and trust with your audience, but now it need to be in the format of text, articles, blog posts, self published/published books, videos, web tv shows, podcasts, audio interviews etc...

There are so many ways to reach the audience and those prepared to put themselves out their have a golden opportunity.

Its time to separate those that truly want to help solve peoples problems, versus those that just want to make money online from behind a computer screen.

The best thing I have accomplished for my online income was setting up my FBA business. Because Amazon already has such huge amounts of buyer traffic I never have to worry about traffic.

I concentrate on sourcing good products at the proper price, ship them off to an Amazon warehouse and wait for the sales to happen. No further shipping or customer service involved as Amazon deals with all that.

Well done DWaters. FBA business model is definitely an extremely lucrative one.

You're absolutely right, Amazon already has such a huge amount of buyer traffic, you can focus on the offering instead of worrying about free traffic.

This is definitely a business model that anyone dedicated to seeing it through can succeed with, regardless of previous online experience. I definitely suggest getting some expert guidance though from a mentor or coach who has proven success with this model.

Autopilot business (97%) of it, can be completely paid advertising driven (or free advertising driven), low overhead, easy backend product creation, opportunity for major profit growth within the business, make money while you sleep (no joke!), and you can run the business from your iPhone.

Again another great business model. Sharing your knowledge packaged in the format of ebooks in one of the best ways to build an online business.

I like the combination of paid advertising. You just have to watch your metrics and have more coming in than you spend on advertising and you're making money.

Monetizing data with PPL offers on the front-end of campaigns and PPL/CPA on back-end. I've been doing this for a long time and while some things have changed over time. The basic underlying principles / strategies have remained the same.

Why...The data I monetize, I acquire at a fix price that becomes an asset, that I then own and can market to it over and over at little cost. Done right, it's hard to beat.

Yep, it can be a good niche. And lets not confuse the 'make free money' niche with MMO niche. Two totally different things.

I got started in the free money niche. i.e. promoting Paid Surveys, Gpt sites, ptc sites.

Its very negligible amounts of money that the actual end users can make. But for many people, particularly stay at home parents ,an extra $125-$150 a month can help significantly towards their households

Affiliate marketing hands down. Greatest invention since the internet. It's so versatile. You can use it as a lead off product or service. Use it as your main source of income or use it as a back-end offer, or a combination of them all.

It's the intro to Internet Marketing for most people, yet it still provides the challenge and adrenaline rush to seasoned marketers.

I've tried CPA marketing in the past but its a bit too slow to generate income especially if you don't have the traffic. I'm currently earning a great deal of money from Revenue Sharing sites. PM me if you want more information.

B2B Blogging for Leads which sell own product and service which is high yield of monthly residual business. <---- No one will disagree this is the golden ticket to sell own product/service that is residual instead of just making a commission from someone else.

My favourite is buying products from alibaba and selling them offline (have a plan for e-commerce site). I like direct selling. I also promote Amazon products. Without Amazon my other income stream would not exist.

Affiliate marketing is my best so far. I use solo ads and Facebook to drive traffic to my offers and it's been working for the last 2 years.

I like affiliate marketing because I don't have to bother with any support or customer complaints. I just recommend stuff sit back, rinse and repeat

I love the group coaching online business model. This is the business model where I offer to help student achieve a specific outcome (e.g. start an online business, get their first 1000 subscribers or launch their first online information product). The training is pre-recorded video training with worksheets, video interviews and case-studies, which are delivered weekly over a period of 6-8 weeks. The student have access to me during this time to help them achieve the transition. There really is no ceiling to the income this business model can generate, because it can accommodate 5 student unto 5000 students.

The price point is also higher than a standalone information product but significantly cheaper than the cost of working one on one with a client.

This is my favourite business model because it allows me to work with like minded individuals, from anywhere in the world (as long as i have an internet connection), help them make a real transition in their life and business (i.e. the promise of my group coaching programs). The leveraged nature of this business model also allow me to achieve my financial goals whilst helping the maximum number of people I can.

Although I started my online journey providing web design services to local businesses, I transitioned to the online group coaching business model, as I prefer the flexibility, the opportunity to serve and work with individuals with goals that I have achieved (so I can truly help them from experience), and of course the income (we all got to put food on the table).

It's currently my favourite online income business model.

In my case I haven't been able to yet generate sales due to a slow development process. My model so far on online revenue streams is through targeting CPA groups for white label sales. My other thought has been AdWords, but my product (accounting software) is very expensive to generate click-throughs.

Is there any alternative that could lower my acquisition cost?

My breakthrough IM product was arbitrage. It has two major advantages;

1/ Can work for those who are tech challenged (like me)

2/ You can pick it up and put it down depending, of course, on the service offered.

One disadvantage I found was its difficult to scale. Any ideas on this one gratefully received.

What's Your Favourite Online Income Stream and Why?

My favorite source of income based on the online platform has been affiliate marketing. I have been able to carry out lots of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the sales of certain products and services. The other niche that has been working out for me is the Search engine optimization works. I always design websites mostly eCommerce and then give the task to make sure that the website appears on the first page of google. It is a hectic job but very well paying in terms of the returns you are able to get.

My favorite model is CPA marketing because I can leverage my skill as an email copywriter to promote products to my list.

Imagine sending just 1 email a day and making your day's income (i set a target of $100 a day).

Do you know how much traffic you're getting into your site? It's a common mistake to think that as soon as you blog you'll be getting traffic. It's not uncommon for a blog site to get just 1 visitor a month and the blogger wonder what's going on.

My all time favorite was link selling as it was very easy and very passive. Everything was handled through link brokers and I used to be one of the largest individual link sellers around. But that business has completely tanked. Nowadays, I rely on PPC - affiliate marketing.

It isn't completely PASSIVE INCOME but it's EASIER than the other options listed here.

  No, Arbitrage is definitely not passive. But it can really be a long term stable form of income. And does not have to be a 8 to 5 type of endeavor

My best opinion in Email marketing and Video marketing because its has more individual opportunities.
Any guy easily earn more income by using two option..

I find CPA marketing to be my favourite. It doesn't involve the "selling" or talking to people...LOL. I have also dabbled with some revenue sharing sites lately....I know it's not sustainable, but I've made decent money with it...

My favorite online income stream right now is affilate marketing...it's not the easiest way to make money online but it can be a rather lucrative business model if you are skilled at driving traffic & building email lists.

But my passion has always been SEO and selling links to small businesses. I'll probably devote most of my time and energy into local marketing in the not so distant future.

Various passive income streams are working for me - membership sites, ebooks, kindle books, POD books and Youtube vidoes monetised with ads and have been for many years. The secret though is to keep building / adding to the passive streams so that eventually they collectively build up into a large income.

In other words don't put all your eggs into one basket

Here's My Favourite:
I love the group coaching online business model. This is the business model where I offer to help student achieve a specific outcome (e.g. start an online business, get their first 1000 subscribers or launch their first online information product). The training is pre-recorded video training with worksheets, video interviews and case-studies, which are delivered weekly over a period of 6-8 weeks. The student have access to me during this time to help them achieve the transition. There really is no ceiling to the income this business model can generate, because it can accommodate 5 student unto 5000 students.

The price point is also higher than a standalone information product but significantly cheaper than the cost of working one on one with a client.

This is my favourite business model because it allows me to work with like minded individuals, from anywhere in the world (as long as i have an internet connection), help them make a real transition in their life and business (i.e. the promise of my group coaching programs). The leveraged nature of this business model also allow me to achieve my financial goals whilst helping the maximum number of people I can.

Although I started my online journey providing web design services to local businesses, I transitioned to the online group coaching business model, as I prefer the flexibility, the opportunity to serve and work with individuals with goals that I have achieved (so I can truly help them from experience), and of course the income (we all got to put food on the table).

It's currently my favourite online income business model.

My favorite income stream is anything that collects payments on auto-pilot. If you can offer a product or service of quality and price it right in the sweet spot, you may be looking at a lot of income as the months go by.

Remember not too charge too much, as that might increase the likelihood of receiving a chargeback or a premature cancel. But something say in the area of the cost of a large pizza, so the charge get's lost among the many other credit card charges lol.
