You do a thing called research. Maybe google the words;

  i did research , but i could find a serious person ,
  there was not much in google, it all referred to big companies or so
  i'm just looking for few individuals who are good at affiliate marketing

Recruiting affiliates requires marketing. You can put an offer in any affiliate network for a fee, or in the link Kay provided... Or put a post in the JV section seeking people to promote your product or service.

But, you should do your homework, as allowing just anyone to promote your product or service (*assuming it is a quality offering) as an affiliate can backfire...

Plenty of people have scammed 'vendors' (product/service providers) by refunding 'after' receiving their commissions, so definitely give caution to your affiliate approval policies, commission structure, and payout time period... as failing to understand the mechanics beforehand could cost you in the long run.
