Find some sites that you like and look at the credits (often the designing firm is listed either at the bottom of the home page or in the source code). I've often done this to see who created a great web site.

Take a look at 99designs.com (not an aff. link) where you can set up a contest to have a bunch of designers submit designs for logos, websites, t-shirt designs, or even print designs.

You then decide which one you like best and pay for just that one. Not sure about pricing though.

Upwork, formerly Elance had a lot of top notch designers when I was freelancing, but if you get roped into believing and buying the claims from the bottom of the barrel low ball bidders, you won't get the best. Look at previous customer feedback and their portfolios before deciding.

Another good place you can try is fiverr.com. You'll find good graphic designers there that can create those for you. And they are extremely cheap depending on the task you want done.

I like to use Fiverr. There are great designers there who are prompt - and deliver a great finished product. There are other options, but this is my main source. I make my outsourcers rich LOL.

Hello. I have been working o upworks.com whoch is the former odesk for more than 4 years now and I can say it is the agency that has people who are qualified in what they do. One good thing with upworks is the fact that you can be able to view the profile of people who have applied for your job and some of the previous jobs related to yours so that you know if they will serve you or not. As most has posted earlier, there are tonnes of places where you can find good designers - depending on your budget. Just make sure you do your due diligence in asking for their portfolio, recent works and reading the seller's reviews and feedback first.

Find them at freelancer.com, upwork.com, peopleperhour.com and other freelancing sites. They are almost everywhere. But make sure check on their profiles before hiring. Find someone who has a good ratings and review. This will assure you that they know what they are doing and are professional enough to working with your project.

The most professional one in my view is the odesk which is now upwork..... top rated and many top web designers are there and they are working day and night there. you can check there compatibility on their profiles..... If you don't want a designer from there or whether you have tried from there... apart from that i know a professional designer and experienced designer who work as freelancer on Upwork... He can work for you...
