    There are some nice online video courses at Lynda. You could start there and get the most quality information about using bing ads (make sure to check other courses related to Pay-per-Click ads). For example Bing Ads Essential Training with Joseph Kerschbaum could be a good starting point.

      You can go on Youtube to check him out. Seems extremely knowledgeable and can teach

        You can find a lot of training on youtube about Bing. Also check Udemy and try Bing ads its self. They have all the information you need and they also hold webinars.
