negative analytics

Hi,

I have negative stats in my analytics account, and this is a premiere in 8 years of tracking for my GA. And, I have no idea why this is happening, and I can't find anything in google about this, either.

So, is there anyone who's had this issue before and/or knows what the problem is??

I have attached an image to this message so you can see what I mean.

    Publisher impressions are not count as positive, in order to maintain the difference between the impressions coming from the publisher's computer and the other website visitors. There is nothing to worry about. Those impressions were negative most likely because you had been busy in administering your website (A typical web master work scenario).

      Hmm, you might be right because those stats are from a new site indeed. Well, I'll wait few more days and then check again if they switched sides

    Add blogs or sites on same GA account and see if the issue persists. Use a third party counter, I would definitely suggest gostats and see if the traffic count is correct there. If there is no traffic at all then use paid traffic in a weeks time and see the report.

      Hi, and sorry for the delayed response.

      For the last 9-10 days I tested different things (removing all adsense units, removing just one, increasing traffic, etc.) to see if any of these fixes the issue. Well, none of them fixed anything, and I really don't know what else to do.

      I just installed gostats counters on both websites that are problematic and, naturally, the counter.... counts. So, that's not where the problem is. Besides, even analytics tracks the traffic well. The problem is with the adsense (the publisher section as it's now called) section, because that is where the bermuda triangle type of things happen. I checked that section multiple times a day for the last week, for both sites, and when the day stars and traffic starts coming in it gets tracked for a few hours, then it starts decreasing, until eventually, most of the time it reaches ZERO at the end of the day. And it happens only for these 2 sites, which admittedly, are the first 2 expired domains I ever bought in my life. Makes me wonder if I bought legitimate domains....

      Yeah, I did check the domains if they're banned from adsense, or from google index, before purchasing them, and everything looked clean. But it looks like it isn't that clean.

      Any other suggestions?

      EDIT: I'm not sure anymore that even the gostats counter tracks right. I'll check it out throughout the day. So far, it looks like it only tracks my own visits.
