Anybody teaching niche product creation?

Hey everybody,

I am a full time internet marketer, and now I wish to dive into creating and selling info products in niches outside IM.

Some of them are micro niches, but these days I wish to work in niches which excite me.

Most of the warriors here are teaching to launch wso or products in IM niche, so they can easily find JV partners who will mail it for them, which makes it very easy to generate traffic quickly ( I have been there and done that).

What I am looking for is a warrior who teaches how to create a front end offer in a micro niche, promote it via some sort of PPC (for quick traffic) and then creates upsells for that offer. In a nutshell he knows how to find a small but profitable market and dominate it.

I found a course which talks about something similar it's called Niche profit classroom, but I feel its pretty basic.

So any suggestions guys?

I live about 10 minutes away from the owners of niche profit classroom.

Adam and Bobby are the real deal.

And from hanging out with them a few times in real life...

Visiting Adam's 5 star rated home, their lifestyles says wonders about their ability to generate income online.

These guys have been online for years.

You can't go wrong with learning from them.

I've heard of Niche Profit Classroom before as well... However, I've never taken it.

I can tell you this though... Most of the work is in the research, obviously. However, the trick to creating an info product in another niche that is profitable isn't that hard at all. I'll give you the basics of what I have done myself, as well as a few of my business partners.

    BASIC STEPS

    1. Find a niche that is very small, and yet in need of something. Don't even aim for something if they don't need it. Too many people are aiming for fads or "what's hot". These things pass, and the fad dies; along with it, your business.

Find a niche like "How to successfully grow your own organic foods", or "How to cut back on energy consumption to save money", or even "how to start and run a successful Babysitting business", etc.

There are a million things people need that are very, very small niches, and yet people are willing to pay to learn about it.

    2. Once you have found a niche that has people asking questions, which, if it appears in a Google Keywords results AT ALL, people are looking for something that is similar, you need to consider how to solve their exact problem. This could be simply doing exactly what they are looking for! Obviously...

    3. This is the stupid-easy part... Go to Fiverr, and pay someone $5-$25 to create a 10-15 step guide on exactly that.

All I do is search for someone who creates guides or a step-by-step explanation and tell them whatever I need, and of course, pay a little extra for quality work.

I just ask for it in pictures and plain text. Nothing crazy, because you will be adding to it, editing it, and adjusting it as needed.

Along with this, if you need to do a "double-team" with Fiverr, go for glory! What I mean by this, is I will pay $5-$15 to one person to do the research for me first.

For instance, if you were creating a "Grow your own organic food" product, I would pay someone to research all the material needed, equipment, resources, etc.

Basically, you just want them to think they are gathering information to help you do exactly what you want your product to do. Easy to understand? I hope so, because this is where it gets good...

Once you get all that information back, give it to someone to turn into a handbook for you. Just tell them "hey, I need this information organized and sorted into a handbook-style guide so that it's easy for me to follow along and put the information to use".

    4. Take that informational handbook/guide with pictures and turn it into a simple PDF with a hyperlinked Table of Contents, so that your users can skip to exactly the info they need when they need it.

Add a cover photo, add content as you need, throw in some additional helpful information and tips, along with sources they can use for their equipment/material... GO FIGURE! Amazon has everything they'd need, and they have a solid affiliate program. Make some extra $$$ with your info you're putting down!

Obviously, if you're telling people what to use and how to use it, make money off of it when they buy it! YEAH!

    5. Create a host website for your eBook, obviously create a sales page, as well as an affiliate's section.

Pay someone $15-$20 for professionally designed advertisement banners for your affiliates. Write out articles and email slips for your affiliates. This is huge!

Look... As long as you have a product, you'll make money... But if you don't have good marketing and a solid source for your sales team, you're product won't go anywhere because no one will sell it.

"A bad product with good marketing will always out-sell a good product that has bad marketing"

    6.
Throw it up on a sales platform, such as JVZoo, CJ, ClickBank, whatever. I prefer ClickBank just because it's been around so long and people find it easier to use because it's simple. Plus, they can pay directly with credit cards, which is a plus. Not everyone has PayPal, or their Credit Cards connected to their PayPal accounts.

    7.
Launch that sucker like there's no tomorrow!!! Always keep your Affiliates active and motivated because they have a solid product in a micro-niche that they can dominate!

This is a very very basic version of what I do, and if anyone uses this, PLEASE, send me a PM and let me know how you did!

I may even have a competition for whoever makes the most sales in the smallest niche they can monetize! Maybe... haha don't hold to me, but it'd be fun to see what people do with my basic steps.

Anyways, again, I hope this gets your creative juices flowing, and gives you a spark of an idea on how simple it is, and how easily (and cheaply) you can outsource the hardest tasks, edit some things, put in a few days work, and launch it.

Best of luck to you all!

Before getting affiliates etc, I wish to test it via some sort of PPC though.

      Hey,

Nate92 has done a great job of listing out the starting steps. However, I would add one more and that is building an email list. Building up an niche specific email list will be a great help for when your product is ready. I have found an article (not mine) that is a great source for building your list quickly. I hope it helps you as much as it did me!

In theory I know yes it is possible to find affiliates in other niche, but I have never done it.

I think finding blog owner in similar niche, and building a relationship with them, might help in finding a few affiliates at least.

Agreed, OP is over complicating things.

If anything niches outside of IM can sometimes be easier considering most of the IM niche is spammers junking up the web.

It's not complicated to find niches that need help.

              Example Google searches:
              • intitle:"i need help with" "gardening"
              • intitle:"i need help with" "car"
              • intitle:"i need help with" "career"

Scrapebox will scrape keywords from Google SERPs.

Personally I'd do manual research & take my time considering everything else you do after finding the target niche depends on the first research being correct.

    Couple of options for you...

    1. Launch master himself - Jeff Walker, many of his customers are outside IM, lots of experience with full experience of building launch for products in new markets

    2. Eben Pagan offers a product creation and launch program - typically updates it and launches it once each year - another guy who has been very successful outside IM niche

    3. We have our own program based on launching 14 + info products, many with upsells, across 4 different niche markets - covers everything from niche selection, research through creation and launch

We tend to use both paid and unpaid traffic, mainly because content matters in either case and we look at our niches as long-term businesses rather than short-term "get-rich-quick" opps
