13850 Old Web Design Leads. Idea to monetize

Hi

I am generating leads for a while and exactly till now i have 13850 old leads ( from one day to 2 years).

What do you think about a plan to monetize those leads. Here is what i have and what i dont have.

What i have. I have sold more than 500 websites with a sales team in past
1. I have a beautifully working website.
2. CRM in place to manage everything.
3. Billing in place.
4. Developers I do have who can develop small websites really fast.
5. I know all know-how

And Most Importantly is What I dont have

1. I dont have sales people.
2. I dont have support staff on phone.

And these are important things are I am missing. I have generated sales via "Email Only" and no phone communication in past. I am going to restart the things.

PS: I am "NOT" willing to sell those leads.

What do you think i should have a strategy. This is not that i cannot make one. But i dont have anyone to discuss.

    It depends as to what your leads signed up to your list for?

    I recommend you build a business around the list with product creation and affiliate marketing

    Depending on the volume you want, you could hire 1-2 sales people on commission so you only pay when they make sales. You need a reporting system to organize them and working/sales parameters but they could probably work pretty independently.

    There are a number of services where you can outsource this fairly cheaply.

      Thats the most solid advice if i get real sales guy who understand business. I have tried elance in past and my super sales guy was recruited from there. However i did not have much luck after that.

    You could send a funny reactivation email, and maybe a free graphic design service for anyone who takes you up on your offer. Then from those who reactivate, email them tips about web design and all the latest tricks, then slowly re-introduce your web design services to them.

      Great advice on reactivation thing. Free Graphic design can be expensive as it is manual labour and custom one. What other thing you think i can offer them? I am sure i am going to reactivate them with this idea .

        Yes I find advice very helpful as well. Kudos bro!

        There are a few platforms that can help with the workforce needed. A lot of freelancers now are top notched with very reasonable rates. I will take this idea and make work on my end too.

        Just wanted to add that right now Web Design Leads doesn't much competition. Maybe you can work your way around that or something.

      I have enough money to hire anyone even in US. Point is from where to hire right sort of sales guy. I lost a lot of money recently when i hired few guys which were not fit for job.

      But i really wish to give it a try. Tell me some tricks to get good sales guys. Realistic potential is $4-8k per month.

        Ah I see.

        You might be better off going through an employment agency. They will take care of all the admin and interviewing etc.

        But until you know how hot the leads are, you arent really in a position to hire sales people that cost a lot of money in case they cant recoup the investment on your behalf.

        There is an offline section in the forum try asking a question there mate.

    I have made almost 7 figure money by selling web design and leads. So i dont have a shred of doubt on quality of leads.

    HELP ME .. I am losing money because i am not making money i have potential.

    About reactivating these leads, since you sold some of the web design long ago, how about offers for redesigning for mobile or something like this. You know overhaul their sites to make them more modern. There's a fashion in webdesign as well, you can always make changes to have more modern and therefore professional looking webdesign.
