Seeking ideas for fixing videos
This week taped a few webinars with speakers using startmeeting.com
I hit record and did the usual thing, but in 3 of the tapes, "things happened" (the speaker had a problem with his mic, another speaker had something else opened on their computer, etc.)
So I stopped the recording. Things got fixed and then we taped again.
HOWEVER...
Instead of what I've had happen with other programs, which is I stop the recording. Record a new webinar, etc. ---- the recording PAUSED!! not stopped.
So now I have the bad version in front of the good version on the mp4.
What options are available for me to fix this problem in a lower cost or do it yourself way?
WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR
I have gone to fiverr and found two people who will delete the bad version and leave me with the good one. But having problems because the file is too large for the fiverr system. My option was to use Dropbox, which I have, but they want me to make the file public (which I"m not crazy about). I can put it on my website, have them download it and, at least, they'd have it. But I"m waiting back to see how they would send it back to me.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
If I were to make the audios "as perfect as I want" I would remove the bad parts and retape the music in the beginning and end.
I'd like to know what software you use/recommend to do this.

I wrote to start meeting yesterday to see what they advise as a solution.
But I"m thinking that I'd have to break the connection between me and their program so that if we retape, we're starting with a clean tape.
