Flippa FREE Credits but I haven't got a clue what websites to sell.

Hey fellow Warriors. I was fortunate even to get some free flippa credits this year via their promotions/special offers. This will allow me to sell up to 5 websites ( $9 per new listing).

Flipping sites is a great business model that I've always found interesting. Now there's an incentive to start earning another income stream, which is highly enjoyable. I need help and advice from the Flippa experts in here:

1) Can you guys/girls recommend any great Flippa courses that will teach me to build and sell websites without traffic and revenue? Something that includes trade secrets, premium theme templates, plugins, in demand niches, something that can be replicated over and over that can sell for at least $197 per listing. A video course would be ideal.

2) Any other advice you can give me to kick start my Flippa Business in 2016.

I know there are some expert Flippa Ninjas in here who make a killing on Flippa. I know that I have to learn, take notes and take action. I am so passionate about learning from the best about this great business model.

      Brand new sites are not wanted by the buyers on Flippa, they only buy sites that have track record and a good supply of money coming in each month. But if you had such a site, would YOU sell it for short term gain?

        The great news is that it is possible to flip a site without traffic or revenue. I know that sites without traffic and revenue do sell on flippa but you have to do the research first.

    I, few months back sold a site (new and fresh) for some dollars. I still use that website but its only purpose is to sell and earn. The buyer also sell it and earns. Its in the MLM industry.

    My point of mentoining it is that fresh sites without any revenue or traffic also sells. It depends what is the use of that site for the buyer.
