Query about the form W-8Ben and Adsense

Hello, I am from Argentina and i had verified my account with the minimun payment of cents in my
Payoneer Account, now Adsense want my "Tax Information" I am filling the W-8Ben form
but i dont know If i have to check the following option:

"Part III:Notional Principal Contracts"

Your form is outdated, and no longer contains that question

For a current form W-8BEN go to the IRS website

  My form is not outdated i checked it today, i was filling it on Google Adsense but i dont know if i have to check that option or not. Many thanks!

  There may be someone on here that can help. But I would be cautious of help you might get for tax information on an open forum.
  
  Lots of good people on here, just not sure any of them qualify as an Argentina qualified accountant.
