Seriously, I picked a few Warriors out myself years ago. And just listened to what they said and followed some of the stuff they were doing with my own twist on things.

I would save that $197. I really would. Of course that's just me

But be attentive to a few players like John Mccabe, Steve B. ,or Tom Addams and you will be on the right track.

Aespinoza, not much I can add to Robert's advice, other than to add him to the above list. And I'll tell you what: that advice will serve you well your entire IM career. My advice: hold onto your money and use whatever free resources you can. Honestly, those alone will be enough. Yes, there's a place for coaching, and yes, a place for buying courses and whatnot, but not everyone needs them. I'd been at IM for around a decade, I would guess, before I purchased information, and I've never purchased help. The only thing I can ever remember buying in those 10 years was forum access, and that was mostly to sell things or get good deals on traffic. Anyway - upshot: think of places like WF and the like as free colleges, with a handful of lecturers, like Robert, who really know their stuff, and of course share a lot of it, too.

Affiliate marketing is the easy part.

Learning how to drive traffic and get conversions will be the challenging part.

There is a guy who I am not affiliated with who is a millionaire and he really teaches you how to effectively market online and get results but you need to realize that it will take money to make money.

Again I am not affiliated with this guy but he is the best of the best when it comes to traffic and conversions which is the MOST important skill you can learn.

His name is Vic Streizeus and his course is High Traffic Academy.

Most affiliate marketers put up the ads only on their sites. There is nothing wrong with this approach but know that there are many other traffic sources that you can tap into and promote the products simultaneously.

The more targeted traffic you can send to the sales page the more your chances are of making money.

I can teach you the basic prociples of affilaite marekting in about 5 minutes, it will of course take some time to get good at.

1. find a hot high converting offer that people are already buying..
2. Setup a lead capture page to collect emails... This is done for a variety of reasons steady long term traffic, follow ups for higher conversions.
3. Focus all your energy on sending traffic to your lead capture page, I like a mix of both free and paid strategies. Solo ads, PPC social media FB youtube...

When I first started I used all the stuff provided by the product vendor, the lead capture page they provided, the email followups they provided and spent all day learning and mastering traffic generation....

I was able to make almost $300 my first week $1,000 my first 14 days, and almost $3,000 my very first 30 days online, just using the materials provided by the product/system creator

As an affiliate you are going to want to be a master at driving traffic, if the offer is good (by that I mean it sells well) if the payouts are decent and you can send a lot of traffic you can make profits...

Traffic will take a little time to grow, but just be patient and work on getting better and better at it, most importantly be consistent in your efforts even if you don't see huge results right away.

If you dig down in the crowd of affiliate marketers, then you have to compete with them and yes, you can learn the most effective ways to do affiliate marketing. Few days ago, i found a post and write it in my own with detailed strategy and its very effective but take some time. Because money comes with fame. So you have to build your brand or platform first. Must look : Affiliate Marketing Guide

It contains only two strategy; Viral Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. I prefer you to go for viral marketing and its cheaper than email marketing. But the thing is that you have to do some hard work ....

Can you please teach us a thing about viral marketing, btw viral marketing is a subset of email list, if

Again, thank you all for your comments and suggestions. Ill try to answer the questions posted best I cant.
I have a good knowledge in Web Development. I tried creating a design business but to be honest, way to many people know how to do it now-a-days and its getting harder to find clients, plus the money is not that good because there are so many others who will do it cheaper.
I've learned a few things over the years and one of them is that I will not make good money if I focus on one client for one job that can take a month or more to do.
The reason I am looking into IM is because I want to try something new and find ways to make money in sales and even while I'm sleeping.
I know this area is also saturated and the road ahead is not an easy one but I am not looking for a "get rich quick" approach.
