Creating a video course after reading a Ebook in PDF

Hey warriors.. I bought a book on a particular niche and I am looking to produce a video course based on that ebook. But please if I am not mistaken, I cannot use the same words used in the ebook because it violates copyright laws.. So what other steps I could possibly take to make my video course unique..and also the ebook has chapters..Can I atleast copy the same format of chapters for my video course as well? Does it violate copyright laws? I am really confused on how I can produce a unique video course... I am not very good at turning a pdf into a unique and original video course content.. I am a newbie on this field.. Please Help.. I need advise.. Thanks a lot everyone!

Write it yourself or if that's not in your wheelhouse pay someone to do it for you....

The best advice I can give is . . . don't copy other people's material, even if you're "summarizing" what they say and putting it into your own words.

Put yourself in the place of the author of the ebook you're wanting to copy. Do you think that person would approve of you stealing his/her had work, research, ideas, and topic organization?

Come up with your own ideas or pay someone to help you.

But even those who authored those books, they also learn those from someone else or from some other books right? I am trying to emulate what they do... And also how can I come with a new idea if those concepts are well established? It is already invented..For example..if Iam making a medical course..I can say that Medicine concepts are already established and invented already and do you say that all other books were written after doing research and inventing those ideas? Or is it that they studied and put the same ideas on an ebook and sold them for a price? What do you think about it?

This is a bad idea. You can always use IDEAS from a book you read, but even
if you convert the book to video it is still stealing.

You can buy several books on a subject, do your own research and organize
your own topics, but to create a video series based on one ebook is copyright
    infringement IMHO.

Go and truly explore the niche you are in. Watch multiple video courses, read a selection of books, a few more eBooks, read blogs, listen to podcasts and watch videos. Take all of this information and test it, pick it apart and decipher the good from the bad. As you progress, you will likely find your own strategies and techniques, add these to the body of information you are building in your mind.

Then create a video course presenting the useful information and help people consume the mass of information you have internalised in the most efficient manner possible.

People are not buying the information from you in a video course because they like video, they are paying for the value of getting the correct answers quickly.

Gain great knowledge and understanding about the product you've read. Then gain great knowledge about internet marketing. Then go and create your own original copy of a book - all original content from your brain, and you will be just fine.

See if there is a PLR ebook on the market with similar materials.

Check the private label rights on it, and then turn it into videos.

        Best idea ^^

Plus, look up what other books use as chapter headings to get a sense of what you need to research to make the PLR unique.

I agree with the answers above. I wouldn't copy the ebook into a video series. But you can use the book for ideas for your own product, then match it up with other ideas to build a complete product that is your own. It will be much better and it will be your product.

Buy a book - read the book - make a course on what the book says????

Added: If you are saying "bought a book - followed the instructions and here are my results" - that's not the same thing.

Have you read other books on this subject? Do you have any personal experience with this topic? Have you used the info from the book yourself? If not, why would you create a course explaining something you haven't done? I'm guessing as you did not say what the niche is or the topic of the book.

What if the book is wrong? What if the person writing the book knew nothing more about the subject than you do?

Can you do a video course WITHOUT looking again at the book - or the chapters? If not, you will end plagiarizing whether you mean to or not.

I've noticed it's becoming common here to say "You aren't in the US so you can get by with it"... when someone is asking about copyright violation.

You country of residence is listed as Russia - and Russia is part of the Berne Convention. I'm no expert on it - but I think copyright is the point there.

A small time marketer might not have a problem violating US copyright - but he could have a problem when he tries to sell in the US market. More than that - it's just wrong to use someone else's work product instead of creating your own.

    Hi,

What you can do also is search for high quality PLR and make it your own, then you can create videos from your knowledge and know how to structure it with the information from the PLR product. Send me a PM if you have any more questions. Take care and Take action.

My thoughts on this is to read multiple guides that are about that topic, go watch videos on it , study it so you if someone asked you what to do you have the knowledge ingrained in your head. Know what the people who are looking to enter that niches have questions and concerns about.

Then when you go to explain the process of whatever it is you're doing it comes out as a unique piece of content.

    You can either:
    1. Pay someone to do it.
    2. Rewrite some PLR.

In the case if 1. the writer will most likely not be an expert and in the case of 2. getting PLR of any decent quality is a challenge.

As some people have said the "proper" thing to do is to use resources to learn about the topic and then produce your own work.

But to do that you need to enjoy the subject matter. If you don't enjoy it you'll be in a world of boredom.

Once your product is ready to go, don't forget to "create" some 5 star warrior testimonials to add to your sales pages. I've already got Claude and a few other highly respected warriors lined up to endorse my new product...

How to meditate your way to a billion dollars in under 6 hours using nothing but a secret centuries old Egyptian mind ritual recovered from the lost tomb of Tutankhamen. (Yes, it is quite a long product title isn't it.)

I mean obviously Claude has no clue he's endorsing my new product but his happy face on my sales page says otherwise. You get me.
