Advice on Membership Site

INTERNET MARKETING

I am about to launch a Video Marketing Intensive Training Course (wont release details here, but see sig).

I am thinking of tagging on a membership program to it and was wondering if any awesome Warriors can give me some advice on what has and has not worked.

Here's how recent MMO product/membership site has done:

Paid Book tied to a Paid Subscription after 30 days

This offered three options: eBook only at $47, paid today membership only at $47 or eBook at $47 today PLUS 30 days free membership followed by auto-rebill for $47.

The third option is closing just under 5%.

This taps into the A, B, A+ option all at the same price point--most people pick A+.
