Help needed about the domain registration... !

Hi warriors, I need some help from you..

I launched my new wordpress site ( https://desigrabblog.wordpress.com ) recently but didn't buy the domain yet. Actually I wanted to keep my website steady for sometime and buy the domain after few months. I submitted this url to all the search engines.

My question is, will I have to submit the same url again to search engines to index it when I buy the domain on wordpress (just the wordpress will be removed, that's it) or it doesn't matter?

Please do reply as soon as possble, thank you.

    Not an answer - a question of my own:

    If you are planning to purchase your own url, why oh why aren't you running the self-hosted, Wordpress.org version? With the dot com version your site will never be your own. If it gets too commercial or they receive complaints, it can be taken down without any warning, never to be seen again.

    I see you are advertising step by step blogging tuition in your footer. I hope your material doesn't advise people to base their commercial endeavors on dot com Wordpress sites.

    Your question is a bit complicate for me to understand. If you have not .com domain or host, then it means your site have not much authority for people. Stop to submit your sites on other search engines because as you purchase your own domain in future as you mentioned above, you will again have to struggling for it to submit new url on search engines.

    Yes you have to re-submit the new url again for search engines to index it. If you plan to go for your own domain name, think about going for it if you can and that way you will avoid double work. If money is your problem in buying the domain, find some good deals or someone who can sponsor you.

    If you're talking about indexication, then it doesn't matter. It will get indexed over time. Shame that you've put time into submitting your URL, but now your subdomain with Wordpress is not working.
