How does Google look at this.

When looking at keywords used in Google analytic s I have found this listed a couple times over the past few months---

claim18082462.copyrightclaims.org

Now I know what it is and am not worried because I wrote every single article on the site myself after doing a lot of research and I know I am not infringing in any way on anyone's copyrights but when someone uses this site and sends them to my site to look at something they think they have seen somewhere what does google think.

Does Google think my site may be fishy because someone is using this copyright site to look at my site. If it happens often could Google move my site down in rankings or does Google have enough sense to look into everything themselves and find no wrong doing. Thanks Mark

Well, I don't have any inside Google information, but I wouldn't expect it to affect your site at all.

    Mark,

How could any of us speak for Google?

As you know, Google is very closed mouth about their algorithyms and what goes into their rankings. Anyone that answers your questions is only guessing.

It's just referral spam intended to get curious people to backtrack to the redirected to (ilovevitaly.com/) site. Doesn't GA allow you to block it? My analytics do.

Just to echo what Brent said...It's BS just to get you curious as to why it's in your analytics report and over to their site as traffic.

This has been going on for a while and Google is aware of the issue but doesn't seem to have a way of stopping it (it has been going on for over a year).

Don't sweat it. Just don't visit their sites.

In your Admin panel -> View Settings -> Bot Filtering -> Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders

Or you could add filter for this website.
