500 Uniques A Month On Ebay?

Hi Warriors,

I want to launch a campaign using ebay classified but early research as suggested I might not get more than 100 uniques in a 28 day period. I have looked at some classified that have been running on in one case one advertiser only received 25 uniques in 26 days.

Can any warrior with a bit of experience running ebay classifieds confirm whether or not 500 uniques is possible on the 28 day cycle.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

    Yes, it is possible, but not likely. It really depends on your niche.

    A busy niche with lots of auctions will make it difficult for your classified to show up without paying for a premium position. I have done that in the past and it has netted me hundreds of uniques. Other times it has not produced the results I hoped for.

    I would test your niche without a premium position to see what kind of traffic you get. If you can get 25-50 views, then pay for a premium position.

    You can also try Google Base if you are selling a book. That traffic is good as well. And free.
