I'm using OptinMonster on my website and it does allow you to redirect to a custom thank you page (or capture page). I strongly recommend the product and they have a money back guarantee if it doesn't do what you need.

Try to look the free option at Wordpress.org first, Sometimes you will find gems among the free stuff. I did some research for pop up for my client a while ago, there are a bunch of them there.
