A really bad business model

I keep seeing ads on Craigslist to complete surveys for $14 per survey, but I have never seen a creditable review from a real person that claims they were paid so I sent the following reply to one of the posters:
Have you actually REALLY been paid already?
Other people report that the $14 per survey company never paid them.
I received the following reply:
Somebody hacked my e-mail last night and posted TONS of CL ads, disregard please! Sorry for your troubles, seems they were only spreading an affiliate link
So to summarize here was this person's businesses model:
  1. Commit a serious crime by hacking into other people's accounts
  2. Spam Craigslist with their affiliate link for a
  3. company that has a reputation for not paying for surveys
so they probably won't pay their affiliates for recruiting
If they are a legitimate company and they find out what the affiliate did they will revoke the account and not pay anyhow so he not only committed a crime, he wasted a lot of his time. I posted this because some people don't give enough thought to their business models. Hopefully no one here is considering doing anything quite this dumb but then again...

It it pretty ineffective and unethical I think. But if you have enough fishes in lake you can catch some of them on naked hook without worm

Craigslist is Scammers Heaven. Stay away from it as much as possible.
