Is 25 sale out of 1000 clicks proof that my vsl is ready for affiliate traffic?

Hi;

I've never approached affiliates. Wondering if this is a good point or not.

One of my VSLs sold 25 to 1000 clicks of cold traffic. 2 weeks no refunds.

Ready to buy ads from Clickbank or should I wait for more sales first?

Thanks

Your sales by click ratio looks pretty good ,I would recommend you move to the next step and make a killing

My assumption is based on the fact that 1000c is a good data point to judge if you VSL is good or not and it looks pretty good to me

I think it would all depend on the ROI.

    What is the EPC?

Are you already approved and selling on clickbank?

      Yes selling on CB.

      I spent ~$600, made ~$1090

My traffic source is not reliable. Have a hard time scaling.

Another concern is that I get them to opt in first, then they see the vsl. I've heard affiliates don't like that.

      Ideas?

Why not give the affiliates access to the landing page and allow them to get the opt-in and pass the affiliate parameter on to the sales page?

If you aren't paying for traffic and the system is proven to convert and generate a good return you will still get the most valuable list...the buyers.

Think about how you can build out the best program for the affiliates.

I'm assuming you have some back end you can work also.

I have a funnel set up as well. 3 products.

The way I've set it up is that when someone opts in, they get redirected to vsl.

Like you said, the affiliate parameter gets passed as well and they still get 75% of the sale.

I am not sure what's affiliate program. Do you mean a website where I generate hop links for them based on product and other options (exit pop up etc)? I have that set up.

Ah also my vsl that converts is only for male. My female vsl sucks.
          Cheers

You are talking about a 2.5% conversion rate, and for cold traffic that is about what it should be. Although, affiliates would want to see a higher conversion rate. I would suggest sending some targeted traffic to the page. If it still only converts at 2.5% then you might want to tweak the page/video

I would make it ready for affiliate traffic at the very beginning. Go hard or go home. Either it sells or it doesn't. But in your case, you already have the proof that it's selling. So and implement operation affiliate traffic, and get your business poppin.
