Hi Mark, I am not sure I fully understand your question.

Are you asking to buy posts from established blogs or for new content to be created for you?

If you are looking for blog posts to be written on your behalf then a good place to start is in the Warriors For Hire Forum.

As I see, you are promoting webmastersun, it's an interesting community. A year ago, I was reading a lot of info from there.
    Am i right?
It's not a problem to find bloggers manually, just type in google "make money online blog".
Fiverr is a bad source of traffic. I wanted to buy traffic for my youtube-channel, they are ready to send tons of views. But all they are bots. My opinion, maybe, I'm wrong.

You are right, I'm a blogger and received their job to promote webmastersun.com and finding other blogs for them on forums

This does not work, mate! bloggers will not want to receive emails if they didn't offer guest posting or selling posts.

If you're looking for someone to write blog posts for you sites like Upwork, iWriter, and Textbroker should be a good starting point to finding a freelancer to write for you.

Just be warned the less you pay for the content there will most likely be a decrease in the quality of the content.

Most of the time it's incorrect grammar or spelling mistakes that you could easily fix yourself before posting the content.

As I understand, he's looking for blog owners, not for freelancers to write articles. And it would be interesting to find a list of bloggers with prices and e-mail addresses. But it seams, there is no such a list on the Web.

You can contact owners of IM blogs and inquire about rates or possibilities for posts there. Also, I've had good luck with niche specific blogs and niche specific PBNs even on the BHW marketplace more so than the marketplace here.

Not everyone on fiverr is offering shoddy products. If you go for someone with lots of good reviews you should be ok.

This method is one of my ways to find blogs but rarely to have any contacts from bloggers with quality blogs
