Where are the best places I can find people to act as affiliates for my products?

    The best place where I would begin searching is within your niche. Go to the authority sites, authority blogs, forums, top product sites, directory sites, portal sites, etc.

    Start with Google and do a search on your very best keyword phrases. Visit all the top sites and see if they (1) want to be your affiliate, or (2) allow advertising in the niche on their site.

    People with sites in your niche already are the very best and most targeted venues for advertising your products (which will be a natural "fit" for their marketplace.) Why? Because their audience is already targeted based on your top keyword phrases.

    In my experience connecting with like minded marketers in your niche on social sites is a great way to approach potential affiliates. it's important to connect with them first and 'like' 'share' some of their content first, share a post or two with your audience and then get to know them. Also if you have a list you can promote to first this will also help as many marketers will reciprocate.

    A quick search on Google for authority sites within your niche with a mailing list (check out the site for optin boxes) is another great way to find potential affiliates.

      I have seen a lot about click bank but I am not really sure how it works. Is it a bit like Amazon where you upload your product to sell?

    Like the others above me said, look for groups on Facebook where you can reach out to a large number of affiliates and see if they will promote your product for you.

    I would also recommend offering a good commission. Offering a 75-100% commission on the front end productand maybe 50-75% on the back end is a good incentive for people to promote your product.
