I've been using free traffic source. Since paid traffic sources are too much expensive. I'm doing it manually by myself from social media marketing to email marketing as simple as possible.

I am using all kinds of traffic from domain redirect traffic (zeropark) thru mobile traffic (mobicow) to social media (facebook) It all depends from goal what I want achieve with that traffic. Every traffic source is little bit different.

Therefore if you plan to start using paid traffic source is important to do tests and track results.

One of the free traffic sources can be social media like Twitter which is very affiliate friendly I think but conversions are pretty low because people on twitter behave differently from people on facebook or other traffic sources.

If you can really afford then paid marketing is best. But if you cannot afford paid adverts better to optimize your page on your own. you can increase your viewers step b step by doing all the basics correct.

I use the following sources periodically:

    1- Adwords

    2- Bing

    3- Trafficvance

    4- SEO

    5- John Chow

These are just (5) sources among many that are out there right now.

There is a learning curve for every traffic source whether it's FREE or Paid. Take baby steps.

Free traffic used to be really good but now it's mostly filled with affiliates like you and I, so you'll hardly get any conversion from there because most people are there to promote. Paid traffic are better now, although expensive. You should probably focus on social media ads like Facebook and Twitter

    Hey mate,

As free traffic you can work with blogging, social media, podcasts, youtube videos...

As paid traffic you can do solo ads, facebook marketing, banner ads

You got many options my friend...

But I highly reccomend for you to just focus on one or two options because trying to learn many things at the same time is never a good option

    Good luck SamiMahesar!!

Social media is a great free traffic source. As someone mentioned, competition can be rough. If you need to, work with someone to create a marketing strategy that will help develop results faster and help generate targeted leads rather than just traffic that won't convert well.

Social media is excellent for affiliate marketing. If you know a load you can make youtibe videos and then drive traffic to your blog.

I drive 100% of my traffic to affiliate/cpa by acquiring data(email). I have done it this way for a little over 16 years now. Instead of spending my advertising dollars on what will mostly end up as one-time clicks, I'm building assets, that I then own and can market to over and over at low cost.

However, this isn't a method that's for everyone, as there is quite a bit that goes into it.

Huh- everything. (: Facebook and Twitter being two of the most heavily trafficked Social Media sites, but I have noticed my Google Plus shares have been popping up on the first page of search results, where my actual indexed pages are so far back it won't make a difference.

    Use #hashtags.

I also link my pages in sources like Reddit, StumbleUpon and Digg.

If you haven't made a Google Plus business page (my business page shares have been showing up over my personal page shares- I did an experiment)- definitely do some reading on it. I have gotten more traffic from my google plus links then other social medias, but research them all.

Just try to avoid posting duplicate content from the same source; Google doesn't like duplicate content, and two of the exact same links of snippet sitting on top of each other looks un-professional.
