I do have landing page which is not accepted by the Google Adwords since it enables dishonest behavior according to their policy. I am not sure how your friends are working in that sphere. To make this clear, I am not a marketing agency, I am selling followers and likes in simple words.
I tried to set up my gigs on fiverr, however I am getting pretty much no clicks, no idea how to get clients there. If you can give me some info, would be awesome.

Did you thought about establishing facebook fan page and twitter account it can give you customers indirectly thru fans on social media.

Also fiverr is great place but as always competition is high therefore you need to stand out find out most gig with most sales and ask yourself how can I make better description as this gig? Add video and add relevant tags, share your gigs on social media

If you have money to invest, why not try banner ads? If not, you may want to try offering a different service.

There may not be enough buyers in this market. Look for a service people are looking for and offer it.

Was thinking about banner ads, just wanted to see if I can come up with something cheaper as a one-time payment (banners may take ~$100-$300)

I think you don`t need a website or squeeze page as you`re selling (instagram services, followers + likes). Just Write an attractive title and compelling description for your service and post ads on sites like Fiverr and Craiglist.

When I've contacted some of the guys from fiverr, they told me in order to get to the first page for keywords like 'buy instagram followers' I will need to have like ~$300/month budget.

Tried fiverr, no clicks/sales. If I could get some information on how to optimize your fiverr ads, I would greatly appreciate this.

Because selling "followers" or "likes" violates Instagram's TOS, and neither Google or Bing will allow such services on their networks.

OP, there are a lot of people on this forum with no regard for other peoples' web properties quite willing to try cheating their way to "success" - why not try a WF classified or WSO?

Oh yeah, WF won't allow that kind of service either...

You can buy gigs on Fiverr as others have said, but there is another website that offers gigs like that at even cheaper rates, called Seoclarks.com
Their services aren't bad. I've bought several, give it a try

I know about SEO clerks, thank you for the response. Same situation there: contacted one of the guys and asked about going page 1 for selected keywords. Got an answer about 200-300 / month.
