Flooded market, niche & stuff

Hey guys,

Been at it a week, made two CPA sales of low value from paid adverts and testing AdWords and now Facebook ads..also trying email marketing using interspire...

Currently in minus, but seeing this as investment and learning so not too worried...

Question

I'm currently trying a 'flooded' market - eg financial market.

My reason is that there's a lot of people looking!?

Does anyone here go for flooded markets, or is niche the only way to go??

Everwhere I look people are talking about Niche?

Not having much success yet but I don't give up so will keep on rocking!!

Cheers!

'Flooded, is a pessimists term for 'popular'.

Go at it smart and you'll fare well.

More competition means better opportunity. But it will only happen when you will be able to beat your competitors. So do some home work before moving forward.

Just about every market has a select group of keywords the masses are looking at and profitable with low competition

problem is the known methods of finding them are available to all this is where it makes it hard to find them

keep looking out of the box for these methods

if you use a buffalo mentality which is what most forums do, you get results just like one

What is a buffalo mentality? Do you mean if you do what others do?

      Cheers!

    Hi,
awesome that you made two sales already! Be proud of yourself! Now you just gotta optimize in my opinion.

    To answer your question:

A niche in my opinion is really just a topic. If you say you have a website in the dieting niche, than that just really means the website is about dieting. Its topic is dieting!

I would recommend you to stick to only one thing at a time, as you said "also trying email marketing". If you focus on one thing you will gain a lot more insight on it and will become a expert in knowledge of this topic. This will be super useful!

Yes, you can enter flooded markets. It will be harder, but you can do it. Make sure you use keywords with low competition but high traffic. There are loads of tutorials on Youtube you can check out!

An excellent place to look for courses is Warriorplus. They even have FREE courses. If you're interested in doing this head over to Warriorplus and then click Marketplace and from there you can search for FREE products. They mostly have FREE written in their title!

Anyways goodluck! You can do it!
Stay awesome dude, you made two sales!

the more people the better. There is no such thing as a flooded marketplace. Not in my book anyways. I see huge opportunity. The key here is to rise above your competition and not promote the same page that the 10,000 other affiliates are promoting using all the same traffic strategies. In todays online marketplace as an affiliate you will drive yourself into the ground real fast direct linking yet as much as I say this still over 80% will do it. the 80/20 rule

Finding a niche within the flooded market is a good idea. Later, with more experience and money you can still conquer a larger part of the market. Alternatively, find another market with less competition. Health, wealth and relationships are the most famous markets but by far not the only profitable ones.

I personally go for "flooded markets" as you term them. But as Daniel Evans pointed out, that's just a negative (or uninformed) persons definition of popular, hot, high demand or "money-making" market.

But you have to approach it the right way or you'll get your head handed to you quick. Here's the safest and most profitable way to approach a so-called flooded (money-making) market ... that's worked for me.

Note: The biggest challenge is not to make how you approach flooded (money-making) markets complicated. The next biggest challenge is keep it uncomplicated (simple).

For example, most people focus on what 'untapped niche' they can find in the flooded (money-making) market. Or they focus on looking for magical keywords or other external cues.

I focus on what unique value I can add to the flooded (money-making) market, no one else has done or done as well.

Here's my 3 Guidelines without exception:

Step #1. I look forensically at where can I add the most value ... based on my skills, knowledge, experience or passion.

      Step #2.
I look at where I can add a unique twist, (benefit, offer, result) no one has done yet or done as well.

      Step #3.
I look at what negative, limitation or disadvantage I can reduce or eliminate to make the product or service easier to use, buy or enjoy for my target prospects.

      The Commandment I Never Break
If I can't Find, Create or Discover the answer in the above steps "I Don't Go Into That Flooded (money-making) Market". Period!

I just say 'Next" until I find a market I can add value to - based on the 3 guidelines above. When I ignore the above rules (because of dollar signs in eyes) I usually lose money, waste time ... or both.

Sounds good, looking at steps 1-3 can you give me a solid example from your own experience, like a case study?

        Many thanks!
